as promised: pictures of "engedi" aptly names after the the retreat location of solomon and his bride spoke of in song of solomon. this house has been our respite from a crazy 8 years of (purposeful) inner-city living. we are currently trying to make this our permanent home but have run into some snags... either way, the lord has richly blessed us with an opportunity to let the kids run free without fear for their safety (well, except for falling out of trees, but i can live with those types of injuries).
